Revealed to the wider public through Top Chef, he now develops at Mosuke a free culinary language, at the crossroads of French, African and Japanese influences. An instinctive approach, where each creation becomes a language. Throughout the evening, guests were able to taste dishes signed by Mory Sacko, as a natural extension of this exchange, a cuisine in motion, woven through with influences and contrasts.

Conceived as an immersive experience, the evening unfolded around this vision. A band performed a selection of tracks inspired by the atmosphere of the chef's restaurant, extending his universe into the room. Dressed by the Maison, he embodied this dialogue between elegance and personal expression.
For the occasion, and around the CEO of the Maison, Jean-Marc Mansvelt, we notably crossed paths with artist Mathieu Forget, Olympic champions Enzo Lefort and Antoine Zeghdar, and photographer William Ernult.
