Store your shoes and boots in their felt pouches, away from moisture, and check the soles are completely dry before putting them away for a long time.
Rotate your footwear. Don’t wear the same pair every day, but give the leather a rest so it can breathe and regain its natural shape.
Always use a shoehorn, so the backs of your shoes don’t get weakened or stretched out of shape.
As soon as you take off your shoes, slide wooden shoe trees into them to maintain their shape, absorb moisture, and keep the leather supple.
If they come into contact with liquid, blot the stain immediately with a soft, dry cloth, then let the shoes air-dry away from any direct heat source.
If you haven’t worn a pair for a while, condition the leather before you put them on again, or bring them to our atelier to restore their gleam.
