Delivery
- Products can only be delivered to addresses in Japan.
- Products will be delivered within 2 to 5 days of receiving your order (excluding public holidays, New Year holidays and Berluti’s designated non-operation days).
- Please understand we cannot deliver within the above timeframe if the product you have purchased is not in stock or sold out.
- Please contact Berluti Customer Care if your product has not arrived within 10 days of placing the order.
- Even if you designate the delivery date and time, the delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, the location of your home, etc. Please be aware that shipping to remote islands could take up to 1 week in average.
Returns
Products purchased on this online store can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they have not been used and if the product tag or other accessories remain intact. The postage fee involved in returning the product shall be covered by customer.
- Please contact the Berluti Customer Service at client@jp.berluti.com to fix an appointment for Berluti to collect the article(s).
- Products purchased on Berluti’s online store which are found to have defects may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they have not been used and if the product tag or other accessories remain intact. In such instances, Berluti will cover the postage fee involved in returning the product.
- Please note it is not possible to return personalized items.
