HOW DO I ORDER BERLUTI ONLINE ?

  1. Once you have selected the product you want, add it to your bag by clicking on ‘Add to bag’ on the product page.
  2. Once you have placed all your selections in your bag, click on ‘My Berluti Account’ then ‘View bag’. Verify your order, and then click on ‘Proceed to paymentt’.
  3. Then, create a new account, or log into your existing account with your e-mail address and account password. You can also place your order as a guest by providing your e-mail address only.
  4. Finalise your order in few steps:
    1. Fill out the delivery information: your name and address, and delivery method.
    2. Choose your delivery method
    3. Complete the information for your billing address.
    4. Complete the information for your payment method.
    5. Review your order, accept the general sales conditions and click on ‘Place order’.

You will be directed to an order confirmation page. We will promptly send you confirmation for your order to the e-mail address associated with your Berluti account.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

To cancel your order, please contact Berluti Client Services at +33 1 47 20 01 77. Cancelled orders will be refunded using the same method as payment. Please note that we debit your account only when your order is ready for delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?

Unfortunately, we cannot change an order that has already been entered. However, you can cancel your order and make a new order. To cancel your order, please contact Berluti Client Services at +33 1 47 20 01 77.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?

We will send you regular e-mails to inform you of the progress of your order. You can also track your order from your Berluti account, in the ‘Orders & Returns’ section. If you need more information, please contact Berluti Client Services at +33 1 47 20 01 77.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT

We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. An authorization request will be sent to your bank. The Berluti website is equipped with a SSL encryption system that protects both personal and payment information. Berluti does not retain your credit card information.

HOW CAN I SEND A BERLUTI GIFT ?

You can order from our website and have the items delivered to any address. If you wish, you may include a personalized message.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE ?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for an alert on the product page by selecting the desired size and then clicking the button ‘Notify me’. We will notify you by e-mail if the item becomes available. You can also check availability of the item in store by clicking on ‘Find in store’. WHERE DOES WWW.BERLUTI.COM DELIVER ?

We deliver our products throughout France (overseas departments and territories included) and Monaco. Berluti delivers its products only to the country where the order was made, regardless of whether the order was made online or over the phone. To see the list of countries where we deliver, click on ‘Country/Language’ in the upper right-hand corner to consult the list of countries where e-shopping is available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS ?

We deliver our products throughout France (overseas departments and territories included) and Monaco.

Berluti offers 3 different delivery methods:

  1. ‘Standard’ delivery, free of charge for all orders. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days from the time your order leaves our workshops.
  2. ‘Express’ delivery, available from Monday to Friday for any orders made before noon, Corsica excluded. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the time your order leaves our workshops. The cost of express delivery is 15 Euros.
  3. ‘Click & Collect’ delivery, for orders delivered to your preferred store in France, depending on the days and hours the store is open. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the time your order leaves our workshops.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has arrived at the store. After you receive the notification, bring your payment receipt and identification (passport or national ID card) to the store. You may also be asked to show the credit card used for payment. If you are unable to collect your order within 30 calendar days, your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded. If you do not come to collect your order personally, the person collecting your order must show his or her identification in addition to your identification. Whatever delivery method you chose, Berluti will keep you informed about your order via e-mail. You can track your order online at the Berluti website by logging into ‘My Berluti Account’ and clicking on ‘Orders & Returns’. You can also track your order by calling +33 1 47 20 01 77. For payments made by bank transfer, the delivery time is calculated from the receipt of funds by Berluti.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

To ensure your order arrives safely, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders made on the Berluti website.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A BERLUTI STORE ?

You can have your order delivered to a Berluti store free of charge. The ‘Click & Collect’ service is available on the days and hours the store is open. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the time your order leaves our workshops. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?

You may return any item(s) up to fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order. Return shipping is free.

For online orders, Berluti will refund the entire amount of the order when the item is returned new and unworn, with its original packaging and accessories (boxes, packaging, tags, booklets, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the receipt, the return slip, and the security tag intact. Worn, used, altered or damaged items will be refused.

Once we receive your returned items, and after verification and validation by our Quality Department, we will process your refund within 14 days. Berluti reserves the right to refuse at its discretion any returned items that do not meet the conditions defined above. Please note that, in accordance with the General Sales Conditions, some categories of products, such as personalised products, cannot be returned.

To make a return, please follow the procedure described on the return slip included with your order, to ensure timely processing of your request. You may also make a return in store. Please note that in-store returns are not refunded immediately. Refunds are processed by our e-commerce associates within 10 days.

Berluti does not exchange products purchased online.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are made within 14 days. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your account has been credited. Refunds are made using the same method as payment.

WHERE ARE BERLUTI’S PRODUCTS MADE ?

Berluti’s leather goods, shoes and ready-to-wear collections are made exclusively in our workshops in Ferrare, Italy and in France. At these workshops, the selection of luxury materials, the skill of experienced craftsmen and the incredible care given to each phase of the creative process continue and renew our traditions of excellence and refinement.

HOW CAN I PERSONALISE A PRODUCT ?

Berluti offers several ways you can personalise your shoes, small leather goods and bags. In addition, we also propose a range of patinas, tattooing and hot stamping on a selection of small leather goods, leather goods and suitcases. HOW LONG CAN I KEEP ITEMS IN MY BAG?

Items remain in your shopping bag for 4 hours if you stay connected to www.berluti.com on the same device. If you prefer to make your purchase at another time, we recommend you save your items to your wish list. Note, however, that adding an item to your bag or wish list does not reserve the item.

WHAT IS BERLUTI’S SECURITY POLICY?

The entire website www.berluti.com can be accessed without providing personal information. When you create a ‘My Berluti Account’ and tick the box to receive our newsletter, you accept to receive information about Berluti, our newest products and satisfaction surveys. When you order, Berluti collects information from you that is necessary for delivery and billing, such as your name, address, e-mail and telephone number.
